Flexible Payment Options
We offer the flexibility of instalment payments for your convenience. Begin with just a 5% down payment of the total booking value and continue to manage the balance through our dashboard.
Simply log in, navigate to 'Upcoming Reservations,' and select 'View and Pay' to proceed with your payments, all of which must be completed at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
Failure to complete full payment at least 14 days prior to the check-in date will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the payment.
Cancellation Policy: 1 to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value will be charged.
15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking value will be charged.
31 to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the booking value will be charged.
More than 60 days before arrival: 5% of the booking value will be charged. Last-Minute Bookings:
Last-minute check-in – bookings within 15 days and below the check-in date will be confirmed with the property before accepting the booking.
For bookings made within 15 days of the check-in date, confirmation with the property is required before acceptance.
Airport pickup services are unavailable for bookings made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date.
